Passion projects
Sport is exciting, dynamic and visually very engaging. 2018 has been a great year for me to work with athletes from various backgrounds and disciplines. From swimmers in the pool to divers jumping off cliffs all the way to soccer players juggling soccer balls, every sport is unique and special under the right light and framing.
Athletes are not just athletes, they are students, hard workers, brothers and sisters and very ambitious people that are dedicated to their craft and skills. We are different, we are crazy and we do everything we can to reach our goals.
In an attempt to humanize athletes to a broader audience, I created this video for the annual Awards Ceremony of the University of Hawaii Athletics Department.
